Duncan and Dan recently installed a new boiler and unvented cylinder for us. Throughout the project, Duncan and Dan were a pleasure to work with. They are clearly knowledgable about the products and solutions available, but were also able to advise based on what would work best for our house and family. They kept the inconvenience to a minimum, covering our carpets with plastic sheeting and cleaning up after themselves. They even put up with my two small boys watching in awe as they worked! The new system is significantly more efficient and I certainly feel more confident going into winter!

When we moved into our property, the boiler wasn't working properly and the heating would work for a few minutes and then fire out.
I initially called British Gas who sent out an engineer who advised that the whole system needed replacing. He also said that we needed a power flush due to sludge in the system.
I called Element for a second opinion, who came over and quickly got the boiler to fire up and start pumping heat round the system. That was two years ago and it's still working to this day. They saved me a costly and unnecessary replacement. Highly recommended!
